Jinan Mosencnc Equipment Co.,Ltd Warranty Policy
General Provisions
1.Scope of application
This policy applies to CNC machines and tools saled by Jinan Mosencnc Equipment Co., Ltd.,
Covers the full cycle of services from the time that the machine is delivered and accepted to the end of the warranty period.
2.Warranty period
Warranty period for the whole machine: 12 months from the date of acceptance (special models are subject to the contract agreement).
Main parts 12 months (such as spindle, laser source, etc. as agreed in the contract)
Service Content
1.Fault Response
1.7×24 hours technical support hotline, solutions will be provided within 8 hours after receiving the repair report, and technicians will provide 24-hour online technical support.
2.Emergency faults (such as spindle jam and system downtime) are handled with priority and remote diagnosis is available within 4 hours.
2.Spare parts supply
During the warranty period, original faulty parts within the scope agreed in the contract will be replaced free of charge (except for man-made damage).
User Responsibility
1.Use cutting fluids, lubricants, etc. that meet standards to avoid wear caused by non-standard consumables.
2.Clean the debris inside the machine tool regularly and keep the electric control cabinet dry (humidity ≤ 60%).
3.Unauthorized third-party disassembly, repair, and modification are prohibited, otherwise the warranty will automatically become invalid.
Escape clauses
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1.Damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes and floods.
2.Violation of the operating manual (such as overload operation)
3.System failure caused by self-modification of circuits or software.
Any matters not covered in this policy shall be subject to the specific contract and supplementary agreement,
the final right of interpretation shall belong to Jinan Mosencnc Equipment Co.,Ltd.
